CP120B X-ray Generator


The CP120B x-ray generator is designed to generate constant voltage potential across the tube that provides a greater efficiency and rapid adjustments of exposure time. CP120B can boast about its portability as it is light-weight and battery-operated. The battery can be recharged anytime with the battery charger provided along with it. Specially-designed rotating handle avoids backscatter radiations and together with bended feet of the generator enable it to be fixed on pipelines for inspections. Its built-in lead shielding further enhances the safety from radiation scatter to a great extent. Thus, it makes an ideal companion for carrying out industrial radiography to be used with film-free digital systems.

The new XRS-3 is a unique X-ray source that combines the penetrating power of a heavy industrial type X-ray machine with an incredible lightweight and compact design associated with less powerful machines. This battery powered pulsed X-ray source weighs less than 5.5 kg, yet produces 250 - 300 kV. The XRS-3 is a light duty X-ray machine and requires little maintenance. The modular design makes component replacement easy and cost effective.

The XRS-3 contains no radioactive materials; the unit produces radiation only while pulsing. Strategically placed internal shielding minimizes the amount of radiation leakage outside the X-ray beam. A 15/60 second time delay button and a 6.5 m remote firing cable allow the user to stay in safe distance from the unit while it pulses.

With dimensions of 510 mm length and 120 mm diameter, it contains high voltage components and also includes fully transistored microprocessor based control unit CCU086.

979M-CIT Se75 Radiation Isotope Gamma Container is designed as a unique radiation source container that has been developed with safety as the main objective and it enables the radiographer to carry out industrial radiography with radiation ALARP (As low as reasonably practical).

The system is capable of performing inside a controlled area erected in the heart of the workplace, without disruption to normal operations. The reduction of the radiation activities to conduct radiography also reduces the unwanted radiation scattering effects around the Computed Radiography Digital Imaging Plates. The effective photo electronic absorption has an additional benefit of improving radiographic quality.

979M Radiation Isotope is exclusively designed for directional DWSI digital computed Gamma radiography system. This radiation device is designed where there are access restrictions and has a diameter of 65mm and length 195mm.

The CIT/Se75-989 radiation isotope device with controller unit helps the operators in conducting radiographic exposure process in computerised fashion. The device may be used to perform directional beam gamma radiography of welds and the adjacent heat affected areas on pipelines and internal structures. the device is configured with in-built tungsten collimator beam port to align beam more in a specific direction.

The CIT/Se75-989 exposure device contained within the supplied transport case is designed and tested to comply with the requirements of Type A packaging in accordance with International Atomic Energy Agency Safety Standard Series No. TS-R- 1 and the applicable USA regulations contained in the USNRC 10 CFR71 and USDOT 49 CFR 173. The device was designed using the applicable specifications of ISO 3999:2004(E) for a category X device.
